Thanks Hannah! I needed a less intense workout today. As usual it was perfect. I would love another intensive full hour leg workout if its possible!

I love this! I can’t do all the movements yet but I’ll do my very best each time... it’s still a bit sad that I’m not able to do all of them. Maybe it will get better :)

I really enjoyed the last few workouts....... some new moves (for me). I like more concentration on the legs - thigh and calve muscles and the ankles. I feel like I need that as I age! 👴
