I have been struggling with depression for my whole life and this brought me not to work out for at least one year. I have started over with this video and these exercises and now I am working out three times a week and being constant. Thank you so much for this video!

@@MovingMangoPilates Hi Hannah. I'm new to your channel and Pilates. I do practice yin yoga and yoga. I was looking for a workout that targets the core and this seems to be heavily core based. Can you clarify and explain how this workout is fat burning please? Thinking if trying this.

Hi Christine, it's a Cardio Pilates workout, which move faster than normal, with the combination of Pilates and Cardio which is really effective for burning your calories if doing it consistent. Hope it helps!

Your videos not only helo me lost weight but they make my feel happy about doing it your voice is really nice and soothing and also when your let us strech and give breaks, your not like any of the other fitness apps you say things like "well done" and "you can do it" its really Gives me hope and a booster i love you ❤❤

Hi Hannah, thank for this workout. after a long time doing HIIT workout, I always do your workout if I'm feeling depressed. I had to pause several times because the burning was crazy

This is one of my favourite workouts! In the summer it is a lot of Swedish fika so I try to do this workout regulary.

Hi Gemma! I did her workout and i want to share with you my results. I did her another video, it was a 35 min intense cardio pilates video. I did it just a week 3 days. I was 55 kg, 800 gr before the pilates workout. Im 52 kg 600 gr right now. My body more thinner before and also i lost weight by the way. Im so much happy. Tomorrow i will try this workout too! As long as you listen to your body it’s okay to practice daily 💛 I do believe mixing different workouts will give a better result for your whole body.

It's very good for people who won't to work hard snd maybe lose some weight.. But why no any worming up and no cooling down or stratching.. Just straight to work out.

I would say pick the time that is most convenient and can be consistent for you. Just not too close to the sleeping hours (~3 hours before) as workout like this one may keep you awake 💛

Hi, a modification for your wrists is putting your whole forearms down instead of just your hands. Try newer videos on the channel as I have lots of instructions with it 💛 hope it helps
