I have been struggling with depression for my whole life and this brought me not to work out for at least one year. I have started over with this video and these exercises and now I am working out three times a week and being constant. Thank you so much for this video!

Hi Christine, it's a Cardio Pilates workout, which move faster than normal, with the combination of Pilates and Cardio which is really effective for burning your calories if doing it consistent. Hope it helps!

Hi Gemma! I did her workout and i want to share with you my results. I did her another video, it was a 35 min intense cardio pilates video. I did it just a week 3 days. I was 55 kg, 800 gr before the pilates workout. Im 52 kg 600 gr right now. My body more thinner before and also i lost weight by the way. Im so much happy. Tomorrow i will try this workout too!
