How many kg will i lose if I follow this workout routine for two weeks?

I could guess that if you did this a few times a week with a slight diet change (more fruits, veggies, whole grains and legumes) you could lose 1-2 pounds a week. But the real change will be that you’re working on building muscles and cardiovascular health and creating some great habits that will help your health in the long run.

It also depends on your lifestyle, like do you sleep enough, how much calories you consume, and how much calories your body burned in 30 minute.
