Love how there were moves in here we don’t usually do. My favourite is always the side kick series. I got injured early last year and those exercises are what helps take away the pain and allow me to function properly. Ty

Thank you hannah, this workout felt very good! Loved the side kicks series the most! My body was a little bit tired and this was perfect to challenge my body in a gentle way. Hope to see more advanced and intense workouts!

Hi Yuliana, this can burn up to 400-800 calories depends on each person. The more you weigh the more calories you burn. Hope it helps
