This is one of my favorite sequences. My legs and hips feel both powerful and supple. It was exactly what I needed since I am constantly bending over at work vegetable farming. thanks so much. Namaste

Day 23/30 completed. This flow was perfect to recover from running and release tension in the hips. Thank you Kristina. I am truly enjoying this 30-day challenge and the transformations in my body.

I have been looking for the right yoga sequence for my tight runner's thighs/hips/knees/IT Band. This is perfect - stretched all the right areas. Thank you! Will be coming back to this daily to release tension.

Good morning! Thank you for this flexibility practice. I discovered some really tight areas in my body. Areas I need to spend more time releasing. Again a great challenge for me (honestly a bit intimidating) but enjoyable and rewarding as I just do what I can do and stop there (or use lots of pillows). I love the stretching/balance/movement combination as I am inflexible, have poor balance and don’t move well in those positions. When it’s difficult, it’s rewarding as it’s something I need to work on. Thanks so much! I’ve shared some of your videos already and hope you continued success!

Too bad I cannot give 2 Thumbs Ups for this class. Very nice poses, something very different for a change, not sweaty but some real good stretches in a fast pace. Perhaps a little bit too fast for me as I want to enjoy the feelings a bit more before moving to the next stretch. So a remote control is handy. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to try something different.
