I believe when you chase some sort of objective and tell yourself “I’ll be happy once I get this or once I have this or do this” you’ll find that once you get that thing you’re no different than before. I believe the path to “happiness” is within, not some external point to run to, so look within and find a perspective that allows you to be “happy” in the present. And I think “happiness” is maximized when you’re lost in the moment and not thinking of something else while you’re doing whatever it is that is bringing you “happiness”. I find meditation helps practice being present and being in your body more than your mind. I also find that while meditating the mind is put at ease, making it easier to find a healthy perspective on things. The future never happens so choose to enjoy things the way they currently are.

Good morning, I hope you and your family are doing well. I just completed day 19 and 20 practices. It was a challenge for my glutes, hips and hamstrings. They are still quite tight from my training. I am so happy that I found you. I usually do HIIT workouts with weights...but I've been experiencing chronic back pain and my chiro suggested that I switch to power yoga. I am not a stranger to yoga but it's not something that I loved. Until now. I look forward to your classes. They challenge me as much or even more than my usual workouts and I'm sore in places I didn't know I could be sore. I also feel that it is helping with my balance and realigning my body. So sending you a big thank you and I am excited for this new journey.

I feel so much more ROOTED and connected to my core after this practice! There is something magical about practicing yoga regularly. Gayatri has done a beautiful job with this daily challenge - She has made it so that it feels like a little gift you give to yourself, when you practice and give your best effort in the routines she has created, and show up regularly, and then she leads you into poses and exercises that you never knew your body could do! I felt proud of my body after this practice, and the strength that I've built through showing up regularly for Gayatri's practices - these practices work! And they make your body feel wonderful, strong, and energized. Thank you, Gayatri!! ❤❤❤

This was very challenging for me but I enjoyed it. I’ve been practicing with you for a litl bit. I found that I cannot get my feet completely to the floor when I’m in a very low squat position. Im working on it. Thank you! 💜

Crow pose for 2 second u could hold at least my other components like arm strength is there and hamstring quads hopefully it will build up slowly
