Regarding the Tesla Cannon. To better understand electricity think of it this way; I'll use water as a comparison to electricity. Voltage = volume, Amperage = Force. 1,000 Volts at 1 Amp is harmless But 1 volt at 1,000 Amps is dangerous. ie 1K Volts @ 1 Amp = Pouring a Gallon of water on some one, they get wet. But 1 Volt @ 1K Amps = Shooting a drop of water @ 1,000 psi at some one, It would go right through them.
