Fantastic yet again. Loving this STF3.0. Yes! Crushed it. Keep coming back and working it cuz you're worth it. I earned every drop of salty sweat here and I love it! What I personally do to get to sleep on time is I set an alarm for 9pm. So I must stop what I'm doing, get ready for bed, get into that bed and get ready to sleep. I love my 9pm alarm. I was with a friend recently and at 9pm both of our alarms started going off. It was a Fri so we were still up but it was a great laugh. Oh and we had the same alarm tone. lol. suggestion - use a relaxing happy tone to set the stage for rest time. Love ya all. Thanks Sydney!!!

Loved this one. The shoulder focus throughout STF has been great. My shoulders have actually got stronger during this programme, which has always been a struggle as I have hypermobility and consequently quite 'lose' shoulder joints... So pleased to see progress. Hope everyone else is seeing lots of progress too!

I took my first rest day in a very long time yesterday, so I came to this workout feeling fresh and ready to go, and I crushed it! 💪Whew, this was pretty intense especially on the shoulders! That last circuit was quite a shoulder burn! 🔥 I can't wait to see what Sydney has for us in the new program on Monday! 😁

Sunday is always my favorite day to workout. This was a great one. The pump in my shoulders was real. I’m looking forward to comparing my before to my after. I know I feel better than I did when I started. 2 more days!

Sydney, you need to pay attention. When we are warming up you are babbling so much that you forgett that we are doing an excercize so it often ends that we did it for like 50 times. Focus, Sydney 😊😊 You rock 💪💪💪

Crushed this today. Two more videos to go to complete STF. I'll be done Sunday instead of Saturday. I took a week off but I made it up by doing 2 -3 videos a day. I'm going to be so sore but after tomorrow I'm taking a 2-3 day break since I'm really pushing myself this weekend to catch up.
