I love Sydney and tabata! I may not follow Sydneys program daily but I am so thankful that on my workout days, I have the most beautiful trainer (inside and out) and a global community. Sydney is a blessing to humanity.

Today is not only my sons 30th birthday but its also the 14th anniversary since I was diagnosed with MS. I am so proud to be where I am all these years later. My balance has improved so much over these last 3 years and I give gratitude to Sydney for providing new workouts that challenge me in a way I would never challenge myself. Thank you!!!!!

😅 i have to say there was a moment or 2 i was really impressed with myself…then came the push ups 😂 but i finished those and finished strong. I needed to make this one up today as we were traveling Friday. Way to keep at this everyone, we really are doing so great! Thanks again Sydney ❤

Wheeeeeew this one had me SUPER DRENCHED in sweat!! Was anyone else??? I'm looking forward to scheduling myself a deep tissue massage! Everyone else listen to Sydney and celebrate yourself and your accomplishments and don't beat yourself up if you fell off track in any kind of way. Just pick back up and KEEP ON MOVING! I was not feeling 100% for this workout but I did my best. My period is due to start today so I didn't feel as energetic as normal. I did what I could and proud I still showed up and did something today. ❤️ great job today everyone!

I took my 4 year old and 3 year old to the waterpark yesterday. I randomly caught a glimpse of the water bottle a lady the next cabana over was drinking out of (it was royal change!) I went up to her and told her “hey! I think we are workout buddies!” We chatted about how much we love your workouts and she told me about her 5 year journey, with you! So fun! ❤

This looks like a tough one!!! Probably gonna do this one over the weekend…love tabata workouts! Follow up: I just did this workout and I’m running on two hours of sleep! Don’t know where I got the energy or motivation, but I did it! And, I have to say I loved the format! You even did the 20/10 format, which a lot of people don’t actually follow. I have to start lifting lighter, with more repetitions and this fit the bill! I was sweaty and beat when it was over…lol. But, I loved it, because it was too taxing on my body, but still challenging!!! More of these please…😁😄😃😀

This workout was one of my favs in the last few weeks. But if this new clock countdown timer thing is permanent, then either 1) make the beeps louder andnuse those solely for start and stop cues OR 2) turn the beeps off and verbally cue as always. Rarely are the verbal and timer cues synced and it makes my brain crazy #thisismytherapy
