I love slider lunges! They make lunges so much more attainable for me because I find it so much easier to balance, dig in my heel, and really work the target leg.

Thank you Sydney for a great workout. Did not feel good this morning. Took over an hour to get my self together to begin the work out. Planned on skipping the workout today, but pushed myself to maybe do 15-20 minutes, thinking I would maybe feel better mentally and physically. Before I knew it I was at last circuit. I am happy to say that I finished the work out and feel much better and looking forward to the rest of my day. ❤😊🙏🏾
