1. Love the music for the Summertime Fine so far. 2. When you said to do burpees at the end and then took it back I laughed out loud at the gym 3. You yelling “don’t stop!!!!” During the side planks really helped! 😅

Day 7 complete! The thing I love about Sydney is not only the fact that she encourages you to keep going, but that she is struggling and breathing heavily with the rest of us. Today's workout turned out to be super hard for me, even though I've been training consistently for a while now. I guess it's just one of those days when you feel like your body is like a huge bag of flour and it's pretty challenging to move it. Crushed this one, still. At some point it was so hard that I even thought of quitting, but I'm happy I didn't. The moral is - some days are harder then the others. But it won't always be that hard. You can do more than you think!

Holy Crow!! Loved it and crushed it. The boxes in the corner, the visual, that signal what is coming is SO helpful. The core reminders and cueing really help me focus and target the core. And the work on the side of the body is really important to my back which gets nerve pain. It's really hello g stabilize my spine. Love this!! Thank you Sydney. Oh, a plug about the music...just when I think I can't the song changes and pumps me up too!

I’m super proud of myself, this is the longest I remained consistent in working out regularly, going on 3 years now! Sydney is helping me prove to myself the endurance I have that I didn’t think I had! I may not be fast paced, but I have not stopped much during the cardio rounds. Still have work to do on my abs, but no where near where I was when I started, or even a year ago for that matter!

that was a CRUSHER but I love it so glad I did my 5 mile walk before this workout believe you always have more in the tank I did because you always encourage us to keep moving and ways to make it hardier and I chose the harder 💯❤

Thank you for the form correction on keeping your pelvis tilted down and your belly button low so your back doesn’t arch! Game changer for the ab section! Also, loved the music during the jump rope agility section!

I didn't get as good of a night's sleep as I normally do, so I was lower in energy than usual. This was going to be tough regardless, but it was a slog for me to get through. I wouldn't have been able to push myself as I did without Sydney's encouragement. She's the best! Proud of myself for finishing and not giving up.

My absolute favorite type of cardio. Love the format, love the music, love the adrenaline. I have a lot of Sydney favorites but this one might be my top 5 😅. I think mostly because I miss cardio in the program so much and when it’s reintroduced, it’s so challenging yet fun and rewarding to finish it. Thank you for yet another incredible workout ❤❤❤❤

I enjoy when you incorporate sliders and kickboxing, as well as less rest periods. If anyone has weighted gloves/hand weights (~2 lbs), they come in handy for a few of the moves in this workout. Thanks, Sydney!

This is the furthest ive done a home workout and honestly this is great. I want to start eating more healthy and today I sorta did! slowly but steadily I am getting better daily. Your motivational speak and talking is what really does it for me because ones ive done in the past were super quiet and overall just lead me to quit. I am loving these!!
