WELCOME TO YOUR WORKOUT! Let's get ready to sweat together and work our abs! This workout is designed to give you a good burn and a good sweat so give it all you've got in every short work period. Grab a sweat towel and water and let's crush this one together!

In today’s workout we will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds per exercise and we will complete 4 rounds of every exercise. The training variables we are aiming for this month are high intensity power so push yourself to be quick and explosive today. This means it's imperative in every workout that you work your hardest in every work period. Start on time and work all the way through the three beeps and finish strong and proud of yourself!

3. Butt Kicks
4. Knee Drivers 2 left 2 right
5. Floor to sky hops
6. Sit Ups
7. Reverse crunches
8. Seated Rope Pulls
9. Leg raises
10. Plank
11. Squat Tap downs
12. Mountain Climbers
13. Jumping jacks rotating
14. Reach up and alt forward kicks
15. Skater Hops with arm pull back
16. Suitcases
17. Hip Taps
18. Side Crunch or planks
19. Slow straight arm bicycles

I still can’t understand how Sydney isn’t the most popular workout influencer on KZbin, no one compares to her! I recommend her to everyone who asks me what I’m doing. I’ve never been in better shape in my life thanks to Sydney and Dustin!! I feel like I’m not alone, when I don’t want to workout at least I know my girl Sydney is with me, then she motivates and encourages at the end. No one compares, so incredibly thankful I found her!!!

Same here. I was originally looking for 40-45 minute workouts that challenged me. Sydney’s workouts not only do that, they help me stay fit without injury because she emphasizes and shows proper form throughout. Gyms never do that.

I had my hip replaced almost 3 weeks ago. I did your workouts for years and even in pain with my bad hip before my operation. I just modified. I cannot wait to get back to where I was with you before my injury. Im gonna be 61 yrs old this may. I love your workouts. ❤

Sydney is slowing and surely making me love cardio again - I was a cardio fiend for years and barely did any strength training. Now I LOVE strength training and use cardio more sparingly. This was so much fun, went fast and had such awesome core moves throughout. Loved it!
