Amazing. The only trainer with who i actually enjoy cardio and somehow you keep on making every single workout challenging i love this feeling after. Feels like i workout seriously and out from my comfort zone and thats what i need in life. Thank you SO much Sydney :)

I crushed it today, yesterday was a busy and hard day, but I’m here to try to do the best I can, I needed to hear that I can do it, and that I’m strong , I needed to hear my trainer telling me how strong I can be for me for my boys for my family. I know that the blessings I have are a lot I everything is happening right now is for a reason. Please keep my family in your prayers, we really need them🌏🌎🌍💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🙏🙏🙏🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💔💔

Crushed it!!! Voted last night! Love you workouts and I’m here everyday at 5am. Thanks so much for saying how long they will be each night before. It allows me to set alarm earlier if needed or snooze for an extra 5. Must be done by 6am. Love all you do so thank you 1000 times !!!! Soaked :)

I did this one on a recommendation from another Sydney follower. Went by fast....I'm not as agile as I want to be, but still crushed it. Do have to say that I disagree with 10 mins left in the workout being "very close to being done" 🙂

I came into this workout feeling tired from not having a great sleep. Crushed this workout and got through the burpees!! So much fun and always challenging! I am blessed to feel my heart beating and being out of breath! I am alive and well today:) Voted a couple of days ago! Happy Tuesday all! 💦❤️

Is there anyone here that does her workouts at over 300 pounds. I have to modify a lot but I love challenging myself to push through. I just want to get better and better with her workouts and I love that I can do them at home thank you Sydney💙💙💙💙💙

I was/ am one of them who really feel disappointed in myself when I don't train or when I don't train hard enough. But the fact that we do something better for ourselves is one step closer to what we want to acheive Love your workouts. Loved this! Flew through it normally I end up clock watching a fee times during the work out wondering "how much longer" but bit with this one I was completely engaged and when you said 2 more moves I was shocked to realise was nearly done. Crushed it! Thanks sydney 😊😊

I appreciate what you had to say at the end during cool down. Every day can't be 💯 And that's ok. Maybe work was 90 and you only have 2 left at end of day. So be it. 👍🏻

I'm still looking for workouts that I don't have to jump arthritic knees are bad to deal with I suffer from it too in both knees I pray we both get some workouts that don't put so much pressure on the knees
