Amazing. The only trainer with who i actually enjoy cardio and somehow you keep on making every single workout challenging i love this feeling after. Feels like i workout seriously and out from my comfort zone and thats what i need in life. Thank you SO much Sydney :)

I crushed it today, yesterday was a busy and hard day, but I’m here to try to do the best I can, I needed to hear that I can do it, and that I’m strong , I needed to hear my trainer telling me how strong I can be for me for my boys for my family. I did this one on a recommendation from another Sydney follower. Went by fast....I'm not as agile as I want to be, but still crushed it. Do have to say that I disagree with 10 mins left in the workout being "very close to being done" 🙂

I was/ am one of them who really feel disappointed in myself when I don't train or when I don't train hard enough.
