I love how we can tell that she’s out of breath and tired, it really shows she’s working hard as well. Other fitness influencers seem to never break a sweat or get tired but we know she is working super hard and I think I can speak for everyone when I say that it’s super motivating to see that.

A bit embarrassed to say I cried at the end of the workout during the stretch. I've been in an especially low mood the past few days and have felt like a failure for the majority of my life (depression, anxiety, low self esteem, it aint fun). Exercise has become one of the few things I manage to achieve and gives me at least one success everyday. When you talked about wanting to quit halfway through but pulling through to the end, it hit me hard. Thank you for giving me something to be proud about. I used to mix and match workouts from you and other channels, but you've been pumping out so many good ones I decided to do a purely Sydney month. Currently on week 3 and I've already changed my mind and made playlists to last me up to 8 weeks because there's so many of your workouts I want to do. I was going to comment when I'd got halfway but the emotional impact of your talk at the end made me comment now. Thank you again for all you do! I'll comment again after the 8th week to let you know how I got on! ♥️

I was in the middle of this workout and my 3 year-old daughter wandered down the stairs into the room. She started watching and even joined me for some jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and "crazy flamingos" (as we named one of your moves). I love revisiting these older workouts!!! HIIT Cardio has always been a challenge but this third time around I've seen how I've grown in my cardio stamina and was able to push hard in each move the whole way through!!! When I found Sydney over 2 years ago, these were the type of workouts that I was searching for. I know that Ive done this circuit before because I “liked” the video. I was 30 lbs heavier then and decided that I needed to incorporate movement back into my life after losing my mom and grandma within 3 months of each other and also becoming a first time mom. I have never turned back since. Thank you Sydney and Dustin for all that you have done. You both have changed my life for the better. Here I am, back at this video 2 years later doing August Day 2 2022 ❤️

I started this workout yesterday and by 20 mins got a chronic stitch, so I stopped and came back the next day and did it from the start all over again. I am doing your 40 mins hiit cardio workouts 3x a week at the moment, it's really getting me motivated. I am happy that I am active again and I am greatful these videos are here to follow. Thank you.

To whoever needs to read and relate to this: It's August 2nd 2022. Gained 10 pounds over the summer, lost muscle mass. I'm a teacher so summer was definitely relaxed. I'm also a guy and very much in a woman's world but I've enjoyed Sydney ever since the pandemic hit. Every 5 minutes of this workout, I wanted to quit. At 20 minutes, 25 minutes, at 30 minutes. I had to modify almost every one, had to stop early on several but I did it to make it the whole 40. I'm exhausted and didn't quit.

Crushed me like a dead meat!!! I added the 10 minute Tabatha cardio tuneup after this and I am totally spent. The link to the cardio did not work but I looked for it and found it. Was extremely hard and Sydney as you said was wondering in between thinking...I am so tired and am I going to finish this? Definitely a fabulous heart pumping workout. Loved it. you know it was an ass kicking workout when you feel like you never wanna eat again during and after the routine. my lungs and throat were just burning and i could not control my breathing whatsoever it honestly made me wanna vomit. i havent done bodyweight hiit in a long time so i will definitely try and include 2 of these types of workouts along with my others each week. i feel sooo great thank you

You need to stop making me cry at the end of workouts Sydney! I genuinely thought I couldn't finish the workout halfway through. I don't like cardio but ever since I started on this channel I've picked up more and I've really started to feel the difference, particularly mentally. I was not thrilled for this workout being 13 weeks pregnant with baby #2, but you show the best modifications that made it totally doable and great! I have been working out with Sydney for only 7-8 months now... I have put on weight because my diet isn't great...so I am about 15 lbs heavier... however, I have never been able to do a full HIIT like this wo. So I know I am a lot stronger!! Yay! I did have to step a few of these because the bottoms of my calves were burning like crazy... but I did the entire workout without stopping! 💪 She is a great trainer! !!!

I do modify some of the cardio moves cause girl I can't rock those Irish jig moves lol so I borrow some of your sports moves from your other workouts. I woke up today and did not have a notification for today's workout. I am not going to lie, I was super disappointed and then realized, Sydney and Dustin are on their honeymoon and have given us SO much, they deserve a break and our support in that break. Then I went to her actual KZbin channel to pick a random workout and bam, there it was. I couldn't believe it. You motivate me SO much Sydney you have no idea. Much love ❤

I've had to take a week a off because of stupid covid, but I did my best through this workout (made it 30 out of 40 min) and will slowly make my way back as my energy returns. Nothing makes you appreciate a good workout more than when you can't workout! I agree that it will be fun to see Syd's tranformation over this next month.

To me, this workout was the epitome of “stop and breath, don’t stop and leave” which Syd starts saying a few years after this was taped. If you’re planning to do this workout, keep that one as your motto and you’ll be so proud you made It through like I am right now! 👍

I've been working out and taking perfect diet for over 2 months now and sure I've found results. Today was my first day doing this workout AND I CRUSHED IT! Because my body had known the workouts as ive been doing the same. BUT!! I just got to know HOW WRONG I WAS DOING IT! I broke my body after every workout, sure! But after doing this workout i broke my body x3! The pain and the toning effect i felt in my legs, arms, stomach, thighs, IT FELT SO SATISFYING- I'VE NEVER FELT THIS BEFORE! I'm gonna come again next week, and update my results! Thankyou syndey, WHAT A LOVELY TEACHER YOU ARE! I'm currently 66kgs. I'll come after a week!
