Just wanted you to know that I appreciate you and love your workouts. Thank you for scheduling the ads between breaks and at the end and beginning of the workouts. I always let the ads run all the way through because I value that you don't interrupt the workout with an ad.

I did two of your workouts today and this was one. It’s Sunday so I give myself a shorter workout, 1 hour. So I tried a little something different, in this workout for the 10 sec rest between each exercise I typically walk, but this time I decided to do your fast feet move to keep my heart rate up. It worked well, I was able to stay in the 123-133bpm range for longer time (25 min). Yesterday I worked out for 2 hours and stayed in that range for 33 minutes, so I’m looking forward to trying this in tomorrow’s 2 hour workout to see what I get 🙂. Yeah for me 🥰! I never burn the calories shown on each video, and I don’t expect to. You’re much younger than I, I used to burn that much but in my wiser years now 😊 I burn less which is why I have to do more. I’m good with that, keeps me strong. Thank you again my dear. Have a beautiful day ❤

Think this is my favourite "No Jumping" workout so far - great music and exercise combo. Thanks for these as it's fab to have workouts I don't need to adapt for my joints 😍

I set my Apple Watch to mixed cardio. 326 active calories burned 422 total 43:26. Im 47 and am currently down 31.4 pounds doing these kinds of workouts. I have to modify some stuff because of a bad left knee. The music is great and the exercises are 👍🏼

Im almost in my third trimester and your workouts have been amazing even while pregnant!!! I rarely have to modify moves, but find it easy to when needed. Its keeping me in the shape that I need to be in for birth! So grateful For these videos💕

I loveddddd this workout session. When I read “KILLER” in the title of the video I really thought its gonna be extremely exhausting just like all other HIIT workouts. But this workout was rather energizing. That’s what made me enjoy it. Thanks for making this workout actually beginner friendly! ❤

I didn't get to do my normal morning run this morning so wanted to find a cardio work out and this came up in search results. Since I don't have any knee or impact issues I have never bothered to do a workout focused on "no jumping" but figured I would give it a try. I don't feel like I missed out on anything by not jumping. I found this to be a very enjoyable and fun workout. Thank you.

Yet another stellar workout from your channel, Eleni! Your workouts are so fun, energizing and sweaty. I'm so happy that you make so many of the no jumping/all standing 💓 Your channel really is THE BEST at home HIIT workouts. I have my own Eleni Cardioi Favorites playlist because they're THAT good. I've just completed this one and now I'm off to find some strength training workouts from your channel as well. I have a torn rotator cuff and torn labrum as well, so I have to be careful but I'm sure I'll find something to help me gain strength and function. Thank you again!

Thank you for another great workout. It's been a while since I last did your routine. We moved house, my husband had two minor strokes and my daughter was hospitalised. Life was and is still chaotic but it has simmered down somewhat . I finally had the will to return to you and it was a good release from life's toils. ♥️ from Malaysia

Wow. This workout was WORK and I LOVED it. This is why I work out: to work hard on fitness. To feel like I'm challenging my muscles, my endurance and intensity, give my heart some good, sustained pumping and ALSO use my brain to concentrate / coordinate my limb movements and steps in time and in step with Eleni. And even that part must be why the time feels like it flies by and a rapid pace! What a great workout. **spoiler alert: no water break in this one so perhaps be ready to pause at the 60-75% mark for some water -- I'll never take water breaks for granted :)
