@ridewithalina they are awsome. Thank you for making them i have had my bike almost a year now and iv tryed othe classes but i seem to always come back to yours 😊 combing spinning and running with alot of barre and pilates has really kept me in great shape

Resistance of 2-3 makes more sense at 100+ RPMs. Not sure what is 8 resistance with RPMs at 105+. Maybe use effort of 80% of heart rate with rpm of 100. Or perceived effort of an 8 of 10 and let us determine the resistance.

I completely agree! Whenever the pace is faster I cue a lighter resistance and when slower a heavier resistance! I wouldn’t plan an 8/10 resistance with such a high Rpm, where in the ride did you notice that?
