#crushed 7/90! Loved the format of this one! The 30/15 for three rounds and then a longer rest is nice! Let’s you catch your breath! 😅 Thanks Sydney!! 💗💪🏻 BTW also loved the pike hops! I alternated the first round then stayed on one leg for each round after! It burned my quads and glutes so good!!

Hi Sydney, Im based in England and do your workouts 3 times a week, is that enough to slim down? I also note in one of your Q&A's that its best to do Cardio after strength, as I do your workouts, is that sufficient to cover both elements or if im doing one of your HIIIT workouts, should I be doing one of your strength workouts first as some include cardio and weights. I don't have a Facebook account which I think means I can become a squad member so just wanted if you feel low carb diets are the way forward to strip fat? Thanks xxxx Sally
