The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! There is no requirement to do any high impact option but if you want to step it up, go for it! All the up next windows will show you low impact options so we can get started with the movement and then step it up when you can!

Skater with dumbbell swings
Alt Rows in Single leg position
2 pulses and squat to the side
Low Impact Press jacks
Narrow to wide squat and front raise
Kick and Lunge
Slide and Knee Drive
Single Leg Squat to reverse lunge
Switch lunge jump x5 and fly
