Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you enjoy your fitness! Today we are working for 30 seconds per exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of each circuit before taking a rest.
The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! There is no requirement to do any high impact option but if you want to step it up, go for it! All the up next windows will show you low impact options so we can get started with the movement and then step it up when you can!

Curl and lat Lunge
Pike PushUps
Skater with dumbbell swings
Alt Rows in Single leg position
2 pulses and squat to the side
Low Impact Press jacks
Narrow to wide squat and front raise
Kick and Lunge

I don’t often think about how much thought goes into putting these programs together; deciding each circuit and what exercise goes first. I imagine it takes a great deal of time and effort to make each workout both challenging and fun. Thanks for all you do, Sydney. This has been my favorite program to date. Great work everyone!

It took me literally 13 minutes into the workout to finally wake up. I'm not feeling well this morning but knew I would feel better after completing a workout. Showed up today not feeling a workout at all, struggled my way through the first circuit and then got into the swing of things and was sweating and loving it by the cooldown. Haha, same! It was soo cold that I didn't want to get up, and I just started my period yesterday. I was actually going to take a rest day today but I caught myself and was like "that's not who we are!" (I had to skip Tues bc of an early appointment, so I worked out Wed and Thurs).
