I guess I'm glad I'm already in pretty good shape and not just starting out on her channel. Also, her water breaks are averaging 10 secs in comparison to present when she really gives time to get water.

Here for Greatest Hits, love Sydney but I thought muscles needed rest in order to repair and grow? Seems like we are working shoulders so frequently I’m not able to use the weight I normally would as mine are so fatigued.

I focused more on the legs since it was compound moves. We haven't had a leg day this week so it was fitting. Just take the arm movements out and make it your own 😊 a lot of cardio this week though so I wonder if tomorrow is the butt or leg day.

all time greatest hits - I remember doing this workout back in 2019 and wow! What a difference (in myself). At the time I was only using 8lb dumbbells and I could barely do the cardio moves. Now I’m pushing into 15, 20s+ and can keep up with the cardio!
