This was my fourth time completing this workout. The first time killed me 💀, the second time killed me, the third time felt a little better but still killed me, but this time I killed it!! I used 10s, 12s & 15s 💪

Yes, I've been with her for 4 years and this one was so hard! I do like how she now has incorporated more rest periods in her work outs because it makes me go full gusto during the work periods. This one I had to pause it a few times!

Holy Moly!!!! It is currently July 2021….and Sydney is still kicking ass with the Summer Time Fine workouts. Honestly…..this was the hardest workout I’ve done of hers…so fabulous!!!! I’m sitting in a pool of sweat and loving life, so appreciative of the gift of GETTING to workout with Sydney

hey sydney! i’ve been working out for like 2 and a halfish months, only using 5 pounds because one i’m only 13 and second my parents have kind of been struggling with money. a few weeks ago they were finally able to get me 10 pounds, and they just came and i used them!! i feel so proud of myself, because they were challenging but at the same time i was able to do lots of moves with them. your encouragement has brought me so far and gotten me through so many of your videos, and that is why you’re my go to person for workout videos. thanks so much sydney, and have a great day, afternoon, or night 💜

Yessss I love the one minute per exercise format!! Especially when it's a compound strength move all this while I was doing Anja Garcia's workout which has two rounds of one minute per exercise and now Sydney you're giving us the same format with more variety amazing. I love both of you guys!!

Wow...just wow. I gave it all I had but I ended up shortening the 60 second cardio intervals to 45 seconds after about 30 minutes. Great job Sydney! Happy Monday.

Half-way through I regretted doing this workout instead of one of your 40-minute ones, but by the end I didn’t mind so much. One of these days I’ll really crush it by doing push-ups and ramping up my weights (I’m almost there!), but for today I crushed it just by making it to the end without dying!

600 calories per Wahoo heart rate monitor. I fill in my bootcamp with Sydney when I want a change of pace and a harder workout. I am 57 yrs young and can still rock the programs so can you. Thanks Sydney for your humor during the workout.

I started this work out this year from 25th January 2022 and now on first April 2022 2020 I lost around about 8 kgs today I before starting this workout I was not feeling good but somehow I crused it because of u. I modified a lot of the cardio my stamina is not quite there but I kept going. A year ago I'd have been very disheartened by that but to be able to get through this shows how far I've come. I've done hundreds of workouts with Sydney and this one is probably the hardest one I can remember (other than maybe some leg days back from Transcend) - what a great push. I was so proud of myself for finishing because within the first circuit I was just thinking no way I can do the 4 minutes straight in each circuit. Just goes to show you can always push yourself harder than you think. Thank you so much for always finding ways to push us

Wow, this one was tough! Heart rate was above 160 bpm the entire time! Fantastic. 596 calories burned! Sydney you are amazing. I honestly can tell a huge difference in my strength from doing last month's challenge. So happy
