Well, here I am on May 1, 2022, doing this workout again! 😊Waiting for the new program to start tomorrow, on Monday. So I thought I would do a deep dive into past workouts, and I found this one. Loved it, and my legs are shaking! 😂Went heavier on my squats and lunges than usual. I am getting stronger and stronger, thanks to Sydney's excellent workouts and training! 🏋♀💪

I went into this workout feeling strong and energized today. I am really digging the explosive power moves this month. I was able to do the one leg pistol squat today with no assistance and I am ecstatic. I am going to try to keep this energy going throughout the rest of my day 💞 Love you all. Ever since my foot surgery and limited foot mobility-lunges etc and therefore leg day is difficult for me -but I always push myself and you always push me to do my best and it was a good one.🙌🏼Thanks Sydney😘❤️

Loved the post workout talk - leg days are definitely the most challenging for me - however, I show up, I push hard and I finally lunged with my knee to the floor, without even a thought. So that is progress and will keep encouraging me to keep pushing myself.
