I love when I hear Sydney say “I’m with you”. It is very motivating and really helps me power through. I really enjoyed the challenges in this workout. I am open to any workout challenge and workout style Sydney throws at us!

My mind hasn't been "in it" lately, but YOU, Sydney, being here every day no matter what, even to the point of doing 60 MIN. WORKOUTS TWICE when there are technical difficulties, motivates me more than you will ever know. Well, here I am on May 1, 2022, doing this workout again! 😊Waiting for the new program to start tomorrow, on Monday. So I thought I would do a deep dive into past workouts, and I found this one. Loved it, and my legs are shaking! 😂Went heavier on my squats and lunges than usual. I am getting stronger and stronger, thanks to Sydney's excellent workouts and training! 🏋‍♀💪

I love the challenge! My legs are so much stronger now with so many of your workouts under my belt. I when up in weights today and felt sturdy and stable. No joke! My core absolutely is much stronger because of your program. Thank you so much Coach SC 👍🏻🏋🏻‍♂️❤️🔥

Whew, this workout was a killer for the legs (and I felt my glutes working hard, too!) I'm loving these POWER workouts this month. Sydney always has a focus for us each month, and it is fun knowing that thousands of others are doing these workouts along with me!

I went into this workout feeling strong and energized today. I am really digging the explosive power moves this month. I was able to do the one leg pistol squat today with no assistance and I am ecstatic. I am going to try to keep this energy going throughout the rest of my day 💞 Love you all. I crushed it for leg day today! I’m thankful for today’s workout because I was tired and emotionally drained coming into today’s workout. I’m having a rough day and I needed this workout for my mental health. I’m going to focus on hydration, nutrition, and sleep. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow.

I'm not usually into leg days but this challenged me and I loved it! So many different moves kept me engaged throughout the intire workout and it flew by!

Ever since my foot surgery and limited foot mobility-lunges etc and therefore leg day is difficult for me -but I always push myself and you always push me to do my best and it was a good one.🙌🏼Thanks Sydney😘❤️

Same. I lose balance easily, feel quite unstable sometimes. I get quad burnout fast. Guess I have some things to work on 😔

Loved this workout! My quads hardly ever get sore but this one did it for me. Slowing down and working on the power up really helped.

It just energizes me so much. Legs workout is so much harder I feel but I plough through them with a mindset I can and I will.

Loved the post workout talk - leg days are definitely the most challenging for me - however, I show up, I push hard and I finally lunged with my knee to the floor, without even a thought. So that is progress and will keep encouraging me to keep pushing myself.

I wish I could like this workout 1,000,000 times!! This was awesome. I added the Day 8 - 15 min resistance band glute workout to this and oh the burn 🔥. Man I love the burn and I'm feeling so strong 🦵
