I gotta say, as tough as burpees are at the end, I felt proud seeing how much stronger those burpees were vs. the start of Summertime Fine!

My motivation today was to try and do 7 burpees in a 30 seconds...I got to 5!! I am not a fan of burpees and try to avoid them..Sydney asked so nicely that I had to try:) Happy Monday all!

I saw your comment before I did this workout and it motivated me to go for 7 burpees at the end. I usually avoid them too!! Today I smashed it! Thank you!

I don't know if you are still reading these comments but I want to say that I really get a lot out of your videos! I am 64 years old and have a mild form of relapsing remitting MS. I used to body build for about 20 years and now I do a modified version of your workouts. No jumping for me! I feel strong plus my mobility and stability are much improved. Thank you so much for your positive and well rounded workouts!

I have been on this journey for 6 years. I lost a decent amount of weight in the beginning, but I hit a plateau. I started to work out with Sydney 3 years ago, I started to see some muscle definition, but I still wanted better results. I cried to my husband today because as I was getting dressed for my workout, I felt more pride in my body than I have in a long time. I am forever grateful for this program, Sydney and Dustin. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

GEESH!I am soooooo sweaty after that one!! I am and have been so motivated by this STF 23 series!! Sydney, I have been working out with you for almost 4 years, 5 or 6 days a week and have never missed more than 2 days in a row. I’m telling you this because you asked what my motivation was today in those last grueling minutes… the very noticeable changes in my muscle tone, endurance and overall well-being. Today, when I pushe 2 20 lb dbs over my head in the first circuit, to my ability to keep up with you burpee for burpee in the last. I’m loving how turning 60 looks and feels- THANKS TO YOU!!❤❤❤

It’s a personal journey & we have the BEST trainer ever with Sydney!! For me it’s about my pace, & somedays it’s a walk, depending on many different things. 58 year old man here. loving these workouts!!! was 220# and terribly out of shape 8 years ago. Down to 160# and feel great. These workouts are just amazing!

Jumping up on that last burpee I yelled out loud, "I DID IT!!!" I'm so proud of myself. If I'm honest, I had a really bad morning, I wasn't feeling good in my body, so I skipped my workout. After work, I decided that I was going to try, despite not really feeling great. I'm so glad I did, I feel powerful and proud now. Thanks Sydney ❤

What kept me motivated? Seeing and experiencing the growth of my physical and emotional strength from having YOU, Sydney as my trainer daily for 3 years. After my back injury in 2018, I never thought I would walk without a cane much less pick up a dumbbell again. QUITTING is not an option when I work out with you. You push me to push myself....So YES, I did the burpees at the end and so proud that I did! Thank you for being my daily inspiration and motivation. I take you everywhere LOL. Can't wait to see you in Charlotte (all the way from California) 💖💖💖

The one constant thing that keeps me going is my health. I work in the health care industry and I see what happens when you don't take care of your body. Also, today o celebrate the first I did all three rounds of burpees without stopping and I crushed it feeling awesome! Thank you Sydney I am 45 years old and I feel like I'm in my twenties again because of the workouts you do. Thank you, thank you!!🎉

🥵🥵🥵.. #SUPERSET !!!.. What got me going in the last 30 secs was when you said "you've worked too hard to get here" that was it for me.. Instead of doing 7 burpees, I did 8 🤢.. And I am proud, grateful to my body for allowing me to do that!! Like Sydney said last week, #THINKPOWERFUL .. Thank you so much Sydney and this community.. I am forever indebted.. 😘

Crushed it!! Dripping sweat!! I went to belly for all burpees! What pushed me was watching u...thinking she has us I have her and me!! BTW 27 is my lucky number I guess this workout was meant to be❤

My motivation is two fold: in the immediate, daily grind - I feel better when I push and don’t make lame excuses to be less than I was created to be. Long term: just on my mom’s side of the family there is history of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastric bypass, AFIB, sleep apnea, knee and hip replacement, stroke. Most due to morbid obesity. I see my mom and grandparents struggling now and I know the hard work I put into my physical and mental health is going to free me from a lot of those struggles in a few decades.

Wow day 56! Crush it all! 💪 I normally would avoid burpees, but today my motivation was my littles watching me and cheering me on and reminding me that I CAN DO THIS! Love being in the best shape of my life to date and can't wait to get stronger! ❤️🎉

Couldn’t believe how fast that went! So good! My motivation is always to help strengthen my body and especially my bones. What am I fighting for? I am fighting back at what menopause took from me in 2022. Years of hard works and dedication completely destroyed by menopause. Gained 20lbs and I completely lost my motivation. Finally in the spring I saw my Dr. And she confirmed what I had suspected. Now on medication and for several months I have been all out dedicated to working out again. I am almost finished with Summertime Fine (had a couple vacations that got me behind). I am down 5 lbs and trying to adjust bad eating habits. Thanks Sydney for all you do! You have been my girl since quarantine and I am forever grateful for the work you and Dustin do!

Preach Sydney! I 100 percent agree with you. We have to celebrate ourselves and what our body can do. I tried a Barre class yesterday and I killed it. Honestly the workout was easy and I’m not sore at all. That’s because I train with Sydney. I’ve realized my stress, lack of sleep and drinking too much wine are hindering my ability to stay fit. I’m working on all three!! Thank you Sydney for keeping us in tip top shape!! ❤❤❤

I have been doing your workouts consistently for my health and well being. I have MS and doing these functional workouts are what keeps me mobile! Right now I am really focusing on nutrition and when the sets get hard I repeat my mantra of Hawaii! We are going the end of august and I bought a new bikini that I want to feel my best in! Thank you for helping me to achieve my goals.

I liked this one! My “why” has so many layers. I am teaching my kids healthy habits! I am beating the mental game and following through with a goal! I feel crazy strong and fit! What keeps me coming back? Girl, I look BOMB 🔥 💣

My motivation is to keep me where I am, knowing that I went from a size 14/16 2 yrs ago to a 00 xxs… my whole new wardrobe, the way I feel, an example to my daughters, helps me deal with my anxiety , menopause and heart issues….I’m strong💪🏻 and proud…thank you Sydney!

Praise the Lord. I pushed myself to do the more advanced modification in several areas and was able to do it despite me not initially believing i could. What pushed me....I can do all things through jesus christ. That's the only way i personally can do anything and stay accountable to it.

Crushed it! Just knowing how far I have come. Being consistent. Putting in the work 100% of whatever I had to give that day. Seeing how body is changing, which is getting closer to my physical goals. The only way I made it through burpees at the end was beating the number from last set! I started with 6 then 7 then pushed to make it to 8! I did it! Awesome workout and much needed!

My motivation today was the fact that I've been consistent for the last two weeks. Normally I stop working out when school starts because there's just so much to do and then I never get back on track. I promised myself that this year would be different. When it got tough in the workout, I thought about the example I want to be for my students and the work I've put into myself this year and I did it for me.

My motivation right now is that I want to stop feeling miserable. I want to fit in my clothes, not go buy the next size up. I want to be strong again. I will get there. My motivation is to lose all the belly fat and tone up what I let years of bad habits (eating and drinking) do to my body. Tomorrow is my 45 birthday and the peri menopause weight gain is no joke! Way to go!! I quit drinking alcohol almost 10 years ago and have been working out with Sydney for almost 4. I agree- these last 6 months have done something even more noticeable to my body- never have I felt better and I just turned 60. Congrats on giving up the alcohol beast!!!

Okay, Sydney is officially a total mom- "buy some new socks or spatula" 😂 You forgot a new vacuum lmao! But for real, my motivation is being around and strong for my little girl. I want to set a healthy example for her. And also, thank you for adding the countdown! I find myself getting way more into my reps and listening for the beeps instead of watching the timer 🎉

Today, my motivation was my daughters. They are in the room with me during every workout, and I want to be an example to them. I used to be so self-conscious of my athletic/muscled body. But I get more and more satisfaction every day knowing that I look healthy and STRONG. And I want my girls to feel that looking strong and more muscular are great things!

I'm a 56 year old man, travel a lot for work, used to be fit (swimmer) and drive myself on with the knowledge that I'm not getting younger and I need to do everything I can (in my circumstances) to keep moving and stay reasonably strong

What got me through at the end with those burpees? I thought of my mom who didn’t consistently exercise in her adult life and has missed out on a lot due to poor health. As I went down to the floor and pushed up into a jump I imagined her watching me in amazement. I felt amazed too at what my body can accomplish and how staying strong augments other aspects of my life. Thank you! I tell everyone I can about your channel! I just love it!

happy monday- my 5 lb maltipoo runs out of the room when she hears Sydney's voice- so funny- I can watch anything else on my laptop and she doesn't mind, but as soon as she hears Syd, she knows the weights are coming out and she bolts! HA

I am behind schedule as we were away on holiday last week, so now I'm playing catch up. My motivation for workouts is always my health and keeping well for my family. My eldest son has recently broken up with his girlfriend after 3.5 years, and each day we now do your stretch together, which is great for his mental wellbeing (he pretends not to like it, but he has started getting the mats out ready for me!) Thank you, Sydney, for always being there when we need you x (Also I did 9 burpees today, which is great for me in 30 secs, especially considering i injured by back on Tuesday!!)

I crushed it 💪🏼 my motivation is I want to live, simple as that! I’ve seen to many young/younger people passing away just from not taking care of themselves. To live is my goal 🥅🙏🏼

My motivation today was that my kids were watching me for the last superset and I wanted to show them that we can do hard things especially when we don't want to. Thanks Sydney, as always it was amazing and I am so sweaty!!!

My motivation for today, my 47-year-old self looked back at my 21-year-old self and said, “we’re still doing it! Might not look exactly the same, but we’re still doing it and will continue until the last breath” And then I thanked myself, loved myself and gave myself a big hug. 🎉❤

First of all, I've been MIA from SummerTime Fine for almost 2 months, my motivation to start back today was I know I need exercises to help/promote my body's overall health, especially the indigestion. I woke up late today, and I came on here to work out! I celebrate myself for doing this👏👏 This little milestone is huge for me, and I'm excited to show up here every other day. I did it and was motivated because let's me take a good control of my body! There are so many things including my Multiple sclerosis which has taken over me, but doing these workouts I own my body and make it do some amazing stuff!! Thanks Sydney for being there virtually for many of us!! 😘💪
