This was my first full workout with you! I'm already signed up for your 30-day Challenge, and had to get the weights in place, monitor, laptop, and cables secured for Thursday. I really like this form. My arms are on fire. I love it. It's just a short session with rubber bands at the end and Saturday's workout will be complete! In less than two weeks I'll be 47, then I'll do a two-hour workout and go to the pool. It'll be great!

Wow love this 12 favorite upper body strength workout. 🏋️ There are many more for sure. The combination is amazing and intense. I used 6lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs, 15lbs and 18 lbs. I had a good time. (Looking forward to the top 12 lower body.) Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️

Sweatier than I expected on upper day; this was a good one! I can't say they are all favorites; however, I think the only exercise I dislike is the explosive row. I don't know why LOL! Pinwheel, pull complex and oddly enough, pushup rotation are some of my faves. Oh and the iron cross! Thanks for keeping it fresh for us, Tracy!

That was excellent. Did the lower top 12 yesterday. You could do top 12 most hated (or how about hardest) in a no repeat format so it would be more than top 12 probably....but only have to do it once.

Excellent exercise. Those rows were tough with that cardio element. I did chest flies instead of a press. I used 5, 12, 17 and 20lbs. The 3rd round flew by.

That was nice format, 12 exercises, repeated for 3 rounds. 👍By that 3rd round my muscles were feeling tapped out, but I finished strong! 💪 There were a lot of rowing exercises in this workout, so on the last pull complex I just did the bicep curl and high pull, and left out the row. Upper body is feeling shaky, that was a good upper body workout! 😊
