Q29:14 سنة and عام are possibly synonyms. The later being most likely a loan from Sabaic 𐩲𐩣, where it has to do with the autumn harvest. Tigrinya has ዓመት ʿamt and Tigre has ሰነት sanat, where both mean 'year'. In Persian which got both words from Arabic عام and سنه mean year. It means either '50 autumn harvests' , or '50 years'. In meaning this isn't a huge shift, nor a big deal. But interesting nonetheless. -- Q21:47 Grain of Mustard, the Peshitta Mat. 13:31 has ܠܦܪܕܬܐ ܕܚܪܕܠܐ - l-perdtā d-ḥardlā - grain of mustard. Both the Quranic author and the translators are using (what to their audience is) the Biblical expression for mustard seed, the Greek also uses the word grain (κόκκος). -- Q3:96 بكة Bakkah, See Peshitta Psa. 84:7 ܒܥܘܡܩܐ ܕܒܟܬܐ - b-ʿwmqā d-baḵtā - valley of tears. From Hebrew בכא baḵḵā- tears. The final taa marbuta instead of alif in the Arabic spelling is explained by the taw /ܬ/ in the Syriac spelling.

There are most certainly different Arabic Qur'ans (E.g. Warsh, Qaloon, Ibn Jamaz, Al Bazzi, Al Doori, Ibn Masud & Abu Al-Harith these are only a few of the total 37 in existence!) Hafs an Assim (aka Hafs 1924 Cairo edition) is the version Murad is using, as this is the Qur'an that ~95% of all Muslims worldwide use, both Shi'ite & Sunni. You can actually check out all the differences between the Arabic Qur'ans in the Livestreams made by a few different channels: Rob Christian, CIRA International, JAI Apologetics & Pfanderfilms to name a few 😇 Hope this helps, God bless ❤
