It's a new neighborhood for everyone. Mom's concerned w being a Martha Stewart, so she sends her two kids out alone for Trick or Treating cuz she can't take them, handing out candy is more important than their safety. They were damn lucky to be able to pick a house who had a person that was able to do her job. What if they'd made the wrong choice? What mother worries more about handing out candy then the safety of her own kids? "Well officer I had to hand out candy, so told the kids to go out on their own if they wanted to. It wasn't my fault, it was their choice you see." 🙀😾
