I also have some query - 1. if he have a pattern lock and forget that so is there any option like forget password/pattern or we can do factory reset from recovery mode (although I know it is not having recovery mode option as redmi 2 had I think so ) 2. if we lock apps and forget the pattern then is there any option for solve this issue apart from factory reset ? 3. if we forget child mode password then have any option to solve this issue also ? note - I am talking about redmi 3s 16 gb version which don't have fingerprint so if possible answer my query asap

Hi Ramkumar, I really loved your video and it helped me to get me this device.I have some minor issues if u respond to this, it would be of great help!Firstly I could'nt find the screen timeout setting.Second issue is that the fingerprint sensor does'nt work for the first time after you boot, I have to put the pattern to unlock it and only then it works.Lastly when the battery is at 20% the notification light starts to blink, let me know if there's a setting to put off the light or make it active only if the battery drops to 15-10%.

@Ramkumar H I love everything about this phone but I have some problems with it : 1) Why the widgets never updates on themselves ? (example - clock widget - I need to always update the time, weather widget) 2) Some applications always restart, like DRUPE, I have to give permission to it every-time I restart my phone 3) Mostly it locks on 2G while I have 3G enabled on my sim (previous phone never had such problem even on the same places i travel, office etc i used to get 3G but now it mostly locks on EDGE/2g) and thank you for the tip :D

4G I havent tried. Mostly I am getting is 2G, in rare cases I find 3G connectivity. Ironically 3G was flying when I was in rural coastal areas but in Pune I am mostly getting 2G. maybe IDEA

Did you get issues like when we connect USB OTG first time it ask to format as unsupported drive is attached and 2G is not able to connect properly in Voda network also takes minimum 10-15 mins to connect with data network. If you have any solution then please let me know.
