Great execution! I think you are very close. But I would like to give you few advices: Try to think about windmill like it is the flare on your shoulders. Legs cannot be joined. When you are on elbow lever and you are going to the shoulder - one leg (lower leg) should be waved with the toe but not the knee, another leg should go up in order to maintain distance between legs which should not be decreased

Thank you! I will do my best to make some more adjustments! Determined to get it smooth!

I remember the time you started learning it. I think you made a significant progress, good job. I’m impressed by your volume, because I know how exhausting this trick is. Your endurance is great. I always bruised the hell of my shoulder and outer hip while practicing windmills. I’m pretty slim so there’s lot’s of bones sticking out, so it took some time to get used to. My technique got better so it became not painful at all. Was it painful for you?

Initially the slams were really painful on my hip and butt but over time I don't seem to slam as recklessly and I've also become a bit more conditioned so the floor just doesn't hurt as much as it did 6 months ago.

@@agrifforama awesome 😎👍 how hard is back flip to learn? Can you just do one whenever now, out for a walk, flip, no problems....?
@agrifforama2 жыл бұрын
@@Alien_Frog_king physically, the back flip isn't overly difficult provided you can jump ok and can tuck with good speed. So most people in shape could do it but its the fear of going backwards that is the tricky part to mitigate. But I've taught them to people with a spot in a single session. Other people who struggle with the fear more just need longer and I suggest they play with Macaco for a while to get the feeling of going backwards more familiar. I can do one whenever now and out of cartwheel or other flows yeah.

@@agrifforama THAT is childhood dream stuff, cartwheels to back flips, Ninja turtles, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan.... I'll look into Macaco thanks, I've rejigged my training with more time for rings and movement and a lot less on conditioning...
