There are a ton of decent and real nice chads as well as mama's boys, etc., but both are lacking that integral ingredient of having their crap together or being *serious* about commitment to another human being - i.e., someone who isn't a complete angel. Every man woman and child exists in a fallen state, we're all lacking in some areas, the difference is that some of us know this and strive to improve ourselves (when you understand this it is easier to forgive others). My husband mentors young men, both Chads and mama's boys, so I know both types, cook them dinner when they visit us, and have honest human connections with them. But many of us serious men and women were not raised in decent families. I was raised by a single mom and a drunk stepdad, and my husband was orphaned. Strength and the will to work hard and do the right thing is a personal choice for a lot of us. I chose to marry young (according to the modern woman), and so did my husband. But the young men he mentors wouldn't have dreamed of marrying when they were 20, they were too busy playing video games and/or having sex with strangers. Like women at 20. Women need leaders. Widowed 10 years ago, stayed single concentrated on bringing up the kids and providing for them. Mortgage and debt free good paying job investments life is stable and good, kids have grown up and started out on their own, felt it was time to start dating and signed upto an app. Apparently I am very popular for a 50 year old guy attracting alot of women in their mid 30s. I remember when I was in the Army, my commander would often tell us to stay away from sex while intoxicated. Didn't pay him much mind until one day one of our own soldiers was getting arrested and charged with sexual assault. Didn't hang out with him too much, but I knew he loved going out to bars and clubs to pick up women. Guess he did that one too many times because the woman who took out charges claimed she didn't even remember talking to the soldier the night they had sex.
