Will you be traveling to Malaysia, Singapore and Bali? You can take a plane for about $20.00 to those places. Usually, houses are good to get abroad because they tend to be cheaper than apartments.

At that condo are you within walking distance to a BTS or MRT train ?

There is a purple line "sky train" about 3 min walk away. I actually used it in my last video.

What's good, Bangkok is one of best value city in the world. That's why it's my favorite city. You are way outside of the city if you are in the area I think you are. You can stay in the closer to city for the same price range.
