I really lucked out with this bike, its FULLLY built (high compression 105cc big bore Wiseco, carbon reeds, FMF fatty, Hinson clutch, etc). Bro i’m meant to be the owner of this bike, 30hp and 120lbs... front wheel comes up on half throttle every gear until 4th gear! Insane bruh

This video is giving me deja vu asf. My SV650 literally just had this problem where water was entering my tank due to broken drain tube in filler cap and I've just had to replace all the fuel, clean out the carbs, petcock, fuel pump etc. Now your carb is full of water contaminated gas too. MAD!

This dude gets some right cheap bikes some of them he gets at like $400/$500 in the uk the same bikes pretty much same condition would go for over £1200 which is about $900/$1000 an this lad is picking them up at 4 an 500 dollars an some only need a quick carb clean an oil changed an air filter cleaned an off they go. Think I'm gonna start looking for some of these bargains to get, could make a killing but hats of to the lad he seems to be doing well an ya can't knock someone for doing well keep it up lad. Make sure you sleeve that frame break with a smaller piece diameter pipe before welding it in, it'll strengthen it to ensure it doesn't snap again, plus with that rust and thickness of metal it'll help it weld easier.

You can get an air leak thru the crank seal which in turn means your crank bearings are shot. Look for oil around the seal.
@icantcomeupwithaname89254 жыл бұрын
Sounds the same way my 85 did when it had a blown head gasket. It doesn’t sound as crisp as it should be, top the radiator off and start it up with the radiator cap off and watch for bubbling. If there’s bubbling it means the head gasket is blown. Don’t confuse bubbling with the water flowing, if you can see actual air bubbles then it’s the head gasket.

Probably need to invest in a 13/16 wrench and a 5/8 wrench. Those are the most common wrench sizes for spark plugs, using a pair of channel locks is not a good way to remove your spark plug.

Lot of people hate in the comments mostly think people are jealous. Good work been watching a few of your videos going to implement a lot of stuff on a 450 I got that’s not running at the moment
@vwsandvettes32534 жыл бұрын
Only half way through the video, but with good spark and great compression, the only other thing preventing a start would have to be the fuel. I wonder if that fuel filter is impedning the flow since if the whole setup is only gravity fed, and there is a pretty good bend in the already short fuel line from the petcock valve to the carburetor. Pressing play now to watch the rest!
@julianwoodhead90914 жыл бұрын
Take the fuel filter off usually restricts fuel flow esp on 2 stroke that not good

@PowerstrokesOnly4 жыл бұрын
How you make one?
@coloradodirtbike59304 жыл бұрын
@@PowerstrokesOnly Pvc, a couple fittings and valves, with something to block off the exhaust side usually a rubber piece that expands known as a "freeze plug". You can find most of the parts you need to build one at your local hardware store, costs around $20. The leak down test will let you check your seals and gaskets for air leaks that could cause rich and lean running conditions. The compression tester can be used to judge the health of your top end, piston, cylinder, and rings.
@28174851604 жыл бұрын
CPVC adapter fitting that will fit your intake boot on your bike or quad, threaded in to a in line check valve with a tank valve at the end to add air and you screw a 0-15 psi gauge to it, to see if your loosing pressure .

Compression is spec after valves being adjusted, I'll probably sell it for 600 with how many miles it has, I have 300 into it with tools and a new clutch because the other one had bad bearings.
