If a sill has already been repaired then almost certain there is general corrosion of the under side including brake pipes and subframe mounts/bushes. Typical back street Arthur Daley's budget pitch fodder.

Probably around £1100 all in. I would check the spare wheel well for water as these do leak from cracking sealant around the roof seams. Car prices more reasonable up north.
