Wow!!! I am always amazed about quality of life compared to USA the Thai people seem genuinely happy and so respectful in greetings and they build great real estate. I am always so amazed at the quality of construction the the buildings are artfully built absolutely the best in luxury. I live in Manhattan New York and rent for highrise apartments that are considered luxury that don't even have pools, exercise gyms or green spaces nice roof tops are $5000 to $7000. I really look forward to my visit to Thailand but don't know if I would consider living there permanently but definitely a great place to luxuriate and enjoy a great vacation 😃

Is 265 usd. Per month, water is a flat 100 thb.. electric is by meter, great staff, clean and quiet

Here's a comparison: I got a takeout order of fried rice with chicken from a suburban Thai restaurant near Chicago. It was $11.00 before tax (which is another 10%). That's over 400 THB. With 400 THB, what could you get at a typical night market near that condo?

The condo looks really nice. I’m renting a condo in central Pattaya off of 2nd rd and regret not going to the Jomtien area. I don’t drink or partake in the nightlife so the premium I’m paying for the location seems like a waste. Jomtien looks like it’s less chaotic than where I am

If you don’t party and prefer quiet peaceful and cheaper area you can consider BANG SAEN. I love it there. It is even much closer to BKK than Pattaya. You can have the beach activities during weekends. I bought a condo in Sriracha, it is in the middle between the 2. Sriracha beach is not for swim due to logistic ports. I don’t mind non existent beach activity, I love the higher, greener mountains in Sriracha .😍
