People need to remember, If this combo was in a steel roof, steel quarter, and the rest carbon, and if it was setup for 660 with this hp and tq, it would be a lot deeper in the 4's, like 4.000 consistently and into 3.90's with .995 to .990 60'. I can't believe people question Steve's intelligence on what to run and what not to run as far as parts. The guys literally ships engines all over the world and been doing this longer than a lot who watch now days have been around. I know for a fact Steve does top notch work.. A whole lot of people are running Harts turbos now. I know Larry and James have had excellent luck with the durability of their monster single turbos over the last 4 yrs.

I have watched most of your videos and am impressed. I have rebuilt several engines and even a couple of 1/8 mile small block drag engines. The drag engines were in the late 70s. Yes I've had a couple of failures. I didn't make anywhere near the power you make. I would guesstimate under 500hp. No dyno to prove anything. So keep up the good work. I can't wait for you to have time to show the parts required to make a big block make power NA

The last pull the engine sounded like a rubber band that was over stretched and about to break. Amazing how smoothly and rapidly it pulls up to 8000. Kudos to Steve Morris. His big blocks are reving up to where built small blocks live. Also, when he pulled a spark plug at the end of the vid I had to re-adjust my readers to focus on the spark plug. It looked 👌. Great video Steve. Loved the smoothness of the second dyno pull, sounded so much better. For all of those making comments about crankshaft balance, we always do our best when balancing, but an engine is never actually in balance when running simply because of what the oil is doing when it is flying around in the motor. That said, a couple of grams here or there isn't going to make much difference in the real world. Loved the beginner boost video as well. Regards Greg
