I'm just curious, why is bypassing under load good for the unloader? Also, if the unloader is bypassing 1gpm from an 8gpm pump, doesn't that mean it's delivering 7gpm out of the nozzle?

It's delivering 8 out of the nozzle and 1 into the bucket. Water on bypass provides a cushion for the unloader rather than making metal to metal contact when letting go of the trigger gun.

What is that mounted under the pump?

There are 2 things, one is a vibration isolator, the other is the rectifier

Thanks! Do you sell those parts individually? I have 2 gear driven power washers and I think especially the vibration isolator would help with longevity. Not sure I would need the rectifier

@@ericwulff4771 rectifier comes with key start twin cylinder Hondas. You don't "need" it. We put them on our machines to add any longevity we can for our clients.

Is it possible to cause pump damage going over the 3500 psi rating of the pump ?
@TXcommercialwash3 жыл бұрын
No. AR actually under rates their pumps we have discovered. There obviously is a limit of reasonableness. But in this application it will not be an issue. Some pump manufacturers actually have different ratings and different labeling with IDENTICAL pumps. Which means there is most definitely an undefined threshold.

Would you recommend doing this with Gp tsf 2021
@TXcommercialwash3 жыл бұрын
@@wash713 you can't do this with the GP TSF2021. Only the XWAM8G35 by AR. We have already attempted this with the gear drive. We haven't attempted on a belt drive just yet and it's on the agenda.
