This house goes on forever. I like the floorplan. I can always find rooms to enlarge, but I like the flow of the rooms and the extra features. That green color is phenomenal. The decor is like a contemporary mid-century modern look. The shelving in the closet is a must have.

How far of customizations can this builder be willing to work with customers with own lot?

It depends on the builder and the program they are allowing. Usually, the most customizations are allowed with their build on your own lot program or just working with a custom home builder that can build off of architectural drawings.

Who walks into a construction site and says I'm gonna cost this company thousands of dollars I'm gonna pick a bunch of crap that doesn't match.causing redo of a person that buys it later of course cause you know it's gonna be awhile after hundred's of people walk out because of the crap I chose that has to be re--- constructed

The flooring doesn't match th railings the cabinets nothing🤬hell why not paint one wall orange the other 💚 and th ceiling ♥️ red. Don't you people know neutral colors.and no dots.

How much is it to replace shower tile and that wood floor and how many gallons of pain to cover up those dark color.oh and that green wall paper.the bathroom counters also

Flooring is much easier to replace compared to shower tile.
