Bro this resale is AMAZING! The windows the subtle upgrades and the flow all work well . This isn’t gonna be on the market very long I assume . If I had the money it be a done deal no afterthought . No it’s not my dream layout nor do I like the backyard being that I like pools but it’s a give and take situation with the land and views . At just under $1.5 M though it’s a bit expensive for me haha 😛. Good find BTW .

Glad you liked it! The Hollows community is amazing. I’ll try to post a video of their amenities if you like pools. The community pool has a view from it where you can see for 10-15 miles.
