Hey, Katina! Love your videos. Just noticed watching this that your combo of water holding/donut hole eating was the opposite of most (if not all) of your competitors. That leads me to think perhaps you are left handed(like me). If so, that is so cool! My grandfather on my mom's side was a leftie, as is my younger sister(mostly. She bats and throws right). I know we are a minority out there, but not as much as back in the day(for example, if you didn't know already:Ronald Reagan was born left handed but forcibly switched at an early age). Anyway, good effort. Keep it up!

Can you use squeeze bottles to hold your water ? I think if you had a few squeeze bottles with a simple bent straw , you should save time instead of having to tilt the cup... you could just squeeze the bottle.

Without training that was a very strong showing. There is a reason the best in the world train a good amount for these events. Maybe an analogy would be power lifting (short strength events) versus strongest man/women events. Both require massive strength but training and the events are quite different.
