Lt1- 383, forged rotating, 58mm Holly, 10% under balancer, but 4l60e, pacesetter long tubes, FULL tubular underneath, 4 link, panhard, tunnel brace, upgraded coil/icm, electric w pump, Edelbrock 7107 intake, wide band 02, upgrade maf, and I feel like I'm forgetting something. I think my next additions are going to be bigger injectors, procharger, better fans, radiator, and trickflow heads.

I just bought a $400 lt1..... Came with bbk mid lengths... An intake... It also came with a tubular torque arm, 3.42 rearend and the rest of the 130k car too! Lol... I'm taking a different approach... Gonna strip the interior... And spray it into the 11s. Love the channel... Subscribed.

Someone abandoned it at my friend's shop... Needed a fuel pump... They gave him the pink slip instead of paying for the repair.... Best part was someone had already cut the access hole...... I swapped in an Amazon pump in like 20 min. and drove it home.

I installed an early 70 s dodge slant 6 in my 95 vette. At the track it ran an incredible 18.3 ET / 78MPH ! The slant design is makes more HP through physics and telepathy .

Hi my friend. Good video of the LT1. I'm in the process of restoring my 94 Trans am. I bought this car as a project. I do all my own work including body work and sand blasting... I bought a 383 stroker short block bran new.. I'm looking to bolt on a supercharger as well. But at the moment I'm in the prepping process to get my Trans am repainted the original black but with a 6" red stripe right down the center.. my trans am is a t-top car so I'm looking into welding a 4 point cage but I'm keeping the back seats in...

Back in the early 90's I owned a Z28. I was throwing bolt on parts at it and drag racing every weekend. I ordered an under drive pulley and headed to the local auto hobby shop. Everything I had read said the crank pulley would just fall off after being unbolted. I pulled the bolts and of course the balancer wouldn't budge. I had a friend that was an L98 Z28 racer helping me. We checked out a gear puller but it wouldn't grab the balancer and it kept falling off. I finally asked the mechanic on duty what to do. He suggested an air chisel. It didn't sound like a good idea to me but he was supposed to be an experienced mechanic. He started on the outside of the balancer which did nothing due to the rubber layer of the balancer. He then went next to the ears that the balancer bolted to and the balancer/pulley finally came off. I owned the car for several years after that but I was always pissed I had let that "mechanic" do that to my car. Live and learn I guess. I'm getting angry thinking about it and it was 23 years ago.

Stock sized injectors would probably do you just fine. My 383 LT1 has had stock injectors since it was built in late 1992 and it makes a bit over 450 horses. 36lb is massive overkill.

I end up doing mines naturally aspirated on a olds. Back in 2007 . 400+ hp bored cut crank and .30 bored. Diamond cut piStons. H viscosity oil pump . Polish hot cam. Prepped and cut heads.

Check if you valve guides on your heads were cut down because i had a lt1 with a cam pushing .570 lift and i never noticed but the max lift they would take was .530. With lt4 springs the retainers were tapping on the valve stem seals and slowly bent the pushrods i had hardened but not chromoly so the pushrods had a little give still ran a 12.4 in the 1/4 as an auto still with stock 24 pound injectors bolt on and cam only

If its 4 bolt mains its from a vette(98%). Your gonna be way over 400 bucks... (edit-tune:$400+, stall or clutch, tires,lcarb's, torque arm, adj shocks, long tubes n xhaust)-that's bare min and gonna keep a sleeper look.

Armando Molina absolutely would need a tune. You're changing the way your engine breathes. Your PCM needs to know about these changes to fuel correctly.
