ehhh that would increase the risk of injury by like 1000x going that quickly. the lift needs to be condensed especially at that weight. he has perfect technique for increase his full rep potential and downstream the one rep max.

The man is literally bending that bar like a bow and popping it up along with bounce from his rib cage, great use of physics and biomechanics. Insane control and athleticism controlling 405 like that. Care though, that shit will break your back if you bounce too hard. I almost never copy KZbinrs lifts but i'ma try this technique with a plate =D, chest day tomm!

The complainers are right that this is not a complete content movement. But it's perfectly good for muscle building, and maybe fast for that. By the way, even in bench press competition there is no full range of motion, most people can't fully extend their arms. Not to mention the suit press. You can still achieve a PR anyway. Go for it!

Larry, I would say u should go balls to wall blasting gear untill you hit your goal deadlift of 1000 lbs. When you hit your goal, then you should cut back again just enough where your heart is not at risk. We want to see u lift heavy, but we also want to see you healthy and live a long life. The problem is he may never hit the 1000 regardless of what he does. Gear alone for him is not even close to enough to hit that. Even if his program is set up 100% for strength gains it will be very tough to hit. Does he want to start taking extra gear when there's a good chance he never hits it anyway. He should just try be taking what he is now. He's already taking a lot, and taking more likely won't add anymore to his deadlift. That said, I don't know where his body is physically and if he can go for the 1000 right now.

Incline is harder than flat and overhead is even harder than that so I think the PR makes sense if you've strengthened the smaller supporting muscles with a year of constant incline bench.

Be careful with your heart. Me myself as a drug user have probably made significant damage to my heart. I have also done like 5 cycles. Do some tests to know if you have done some damage. Its important.

he's really impressive when you see at the 30th rep the rest he takes and he manages to do two more last ones with 183kg these crazy strength he has for me larry weel these the man who me impresses the most in bodybuilding, plus he is still young so he can still impress us for years to come, I just did 1rm to see the max he can currently do with 32 rep a183kg logically he has 378kg on the bench , these incredible ones and not far from 400kg 🔥💪💪💪
