Big fan of baker and he has incredible strength. However I dont think he'll ever be on the same level as Krill or Maddox. Never pauses, locks out on the way up pushes it back into the rack rather than a full rep - So i dont think he can bench above 700 at competition standard. Just doesnt seem to have the control required currently imo, but if starts training in that way then it maybe a possibility. Just to clarify again, still crazy strong and impressive 😅🙏

Brings back 1970's memories of when i was 15-18 yrs old playing high school football and in the Gym benchin 225-335 lbs, my dad was a Navy guy and i was using the Navy Military Base that had lots of Marines using the gym, i was 15 yrs old in there having fun and out benchin Marines, they all knew me and liked me, they wanted me to join the Marines after i got out of high school, but after i found out the recruiter would send me to someplace like Okinawa or Germany i said i wanna stay here with my family and Marine buddies here, i dont wanna leave these guys, and i never joined up because i wasn't leaving my Marine Gym friends.

I use to box and do a little bodybuilding back when I was younger, now that I have stopped boxing I have noticed that my forearm and delts use to be bigger before even though I'm doing more bodybuilding now my delts and forearm seems to be lagging in gains and people have said that I've down sized maybe the age but I've never felt better ✌️
