Nah man, warriors (especially in blocks of 10) are plain bad, and Doomstalkers aren't great outside of Canoptek Court. Overlord without Triach Praetorians is also a miss imo. Try this AD list: Char1: 1x Hexmark Destroyer (75 pts): Close combat weapon, Enmitic disintegrator pistols Char2: 1x Plasmancer (60 pts): Warlord, Plasmic lance Char3: 1x Skorpekh Lord (95 pts): Enmitic annihilator, Flensing claw, Hyperphase harvester Enhancement: Enaegic Dermal Bond (+15 pts) Char4: 1x Technomancer (105 pts): Staff of light Enhancement: Nether-realm Casket (+20 pts) 10x Immortals (150 pts): 10 with Close combat weapon, Tesla carbine 5x Deathmarks (65 pts): 5 with Close combat weapon, Synaptic disintegrator 3x Skorpekh Destroyers (90 pts): 3 with Skorpekh hyperphase weapons 1x Lokhust Heavy Destroyers (55 pts): Close combat weapon, Gauss destructor 3x Canoptek Wraiths (115 pts): 3 with Particle caster, Vicious claws 1x Doomsday Ark (190 pts): Armoured bulk, Doomsday cannon, 2x Gauss flayer array Immortals go with the Plasmancer for shooting, Technomancer goes with the Wraiths, Skorpekh Lord and Skorpekhs go together, DDA and LHD offer anti-tank options (LHD can also hold home objective), and the Hexmark and Deathmarks can deep strike in to do secondaries.

I have some Kill Team minis: a technomancer, a psychomancer and a chronomancer, a plasmascythe reanimator and accelerator, a despotek, aprentek, 3 deathmarks, 2 immortals with gausses and 2 immortals with teslas. Any idea how can I easily upgrade this set of minis to a playable 1000 pts in regular Warhammer 40k? It's mostly for casual gaming with my buddy who plays IG and orks. Much appreciated!

Hello, on the off chance this helps. I too came from Kill Team as Necrons, to 40k. First, if you proxy your despotek as the 5th immortal - you have a squad of 5 immortals for 40k. Then the apprentek + another model to finish your squad of 5 deathmarks. That nets you about 340 points including your x3 crypteks. After that, ideally pick stuff your crypteks can attach to. The hot pick in 10th are wraiths and a technomancer...personally i quite like a blob of 10 immortals instead. This videos suggestions may work well (they can attach to the warriors). But if you want cheap n quick buy a c'tan nightbringer + c'tan deceiver (£31.50 each) and you'll have 910 points total. I doubt it'd be a fun time for your mate however.

I don't play this game, so this might be silly of me, but with 955 points worth of characters, can't you just add an extra thing for free? Like those scarabs for 40?

there is room for enhancements depending on the detachment you chose.
