The diorama is very surprising. The work process was also detailed, so it was good to see throughout. I'm also working on figures, so I hope you come to see me when I rest after work. He's gonna come back to watch the video again.

For the I beams, you could tack the corners down with hot glue, and still use the tacky glue. might even be faster.

@@KnarbMakes Dude honestly, I just like watching nicely done crafting videos for wargaming terrain. Many topics are already covered, but its cool to see, how everybody has his / her own version of things. Being it ruins, waterguns, piles of rubble, Industrial scatter, hills / rocks, forests, trees, gaming mats. If its done nicely people will watch it! 👍

Really cool, gonna try give it a go. For your next video, could you have a quick list of materials? it'd make it easier to make sure I get similar stuff!

Hi so here is a tip for using hot glue gun on any projects, to get rid of any whisps of hot glue string take and turn on your styrofoam cutter with the long rod and take it and hold your item up to the light so that you can see the whisps and then touch the hot styrofoam rod to them and whalla they disappear into smoke. (where a mask yes) It also gives you the ability to for example clean up the excess hot glue on project or in the case of the beams I take a little bit of time and make the glue look like welds from a welding machine... Blessings Pastor Randy Bourque Excellent Videos really liked the Japanese house one will reproduce that one some day in my own style.. Hope you like the tip and share it.

How much could you sell this for at a game con or ebay? Super-cool
@KnarbMakes4 жыл бұрын
Not sure, I'm just making this stuff for my own table at this point! Thanks for watching.

I sell terrain I make on ebay. Never sold at a con. I sell my stuff fairly cheap for the amount of work I put into it, but I build for fun and sell because I don't have a use for it or the room for it. I sell it cheap so it will move faster. I could probably double my price if I advertised with an instagram and other social media to get the attention, but I way more than cover the cost of materials as it is. I sold nearly $500 over the past 90 days. Probably used $50 to $75 worth of materials (maybe less than $50- a little goes a long way when you upcycle used containers and plastic bits). Some sales were dioramas I made with anime figures I bought as an inspiration, so some of that money was just payback for the figures. He could easily get $75 or more for this if he's willing to sit on it until the right person comes along. I don't do any tabletop gaming, but I love making stuff at that scale, along with dios for any size of action figure. I recently did a rusty space port type dio and put some Star Wars Rebels 6" Black Series figures on it (Sabine, Hera, Chopper and a storm trooper). I'm having a hard time putting that one up for sale. I'm currently making a monestary type piece made from a black pepper can, Planter's cheese ball can, an Ovaltine can and a cardboard tube. I'm going to wire it up as a night light you can plug into an outlet or use as a terrain piece with lighting. I currently have a custom purple worm for sale on ebay if anyone's interested.
