As someone whose bias is Daesung, I'm so happy you did another of his solos! Like you guys mentioned, GD once said the reason BigBang is so successful is because each member can stand on their own as a solo artist without BigBang, and this performance is evidence of that. Daesung is the power vocal of BigBang, and it's always cool in songs like 'If You' and 'Cafe' when he comes in with his rich, powerful voice to add even more depth to their songs. I think he often gets overlooked because, during performances, rather than having intense swag like the rest of the members, he's more of a rock star combined with a happy puppy. But all the members are amazing with their own unique style, personality, and voices that they know how to use to complement and play off each other. It's been fun to see you guys become such big VIPs, and I'm excited to see more of your reactions to them! If you want to see a more playful/casual side to them, I'd suggest their cover of 2ne1's 'I Love You'.

I know its kinda late for this comment, but i agree with you! The success of BigBang is the way they respect each others strength and ability! For me GDragon is the best Leader in a boy group because he knows the strength and weakness of all his members and at the same time play on its characteristics weather their weakness or strength! 💯💯 That is the key to BigBang’s power and longevity among the 2nd Gen boygroups ( not to offend other groups ). The way other fandoms still try to pick a fight to VIPs because of the fact that they are the Kings of KPop only proved that in terms of power, BigBang is the one to beat! They are always above KPop, they are on their own level whatever other groups or fandom will say. I even see how the members respect and even fear GD, in one concert when the 4 are getting rowdy he just said enough the 4 got back to being serious in the performance! That’s how the respect and brotherhood i think that BB have! I hope they can make a comeback soon! Stay Safe 🙏🏻💛

My ladies, My gentlemen, you saw perfection. Thank you for looking at 'Anymore'. It is hard to believe that Daesung is musically underestimated in its own country. I flew to Japan for his dome concerts in 2017. If you were impressed by the video I can tell you that it was so breathtaking to see and hear life. It was as if 40,000 people had held their breath for 4 minutes and only stared at him hypnotized with out saying anything. And yes 5 Kings! 🖑 I hope you two are fine.

He is not your typical Kpop idol, a musician, an artist of his own right who has never gotten a proper acknowledgment from kpop community even though he is one of the most well-known kpop idols in South Korea.

The thing I love about Daesung's voice is that he changes his tone to suit the mood of the songs. In BIGBANG songs, he can sing in a softer tone to let the main voice shine, but when it's his turn, his voice just rings so brightly. He can sing in a swag and calm tone, but during his solo songs which are usually more powerful, his voice just explodes with emotions. Even in fast songs, not just ballads, you can hear the energy in his voice too. Though he isn't as popular as GD in south korea, I'm glad his talents are widely recognised in Japan. And international fans who knows how powerful his voice is appreciate his voice too. Even though he has or had vocal nodules and his voice starts cracking after singing for 2 hours at his solo concerts, his energy and the power in his voice never fades. He sings his heart out every single time. I'm so happy seeing someone realising how amazing Daesung is and appreciates his performance. On a lighter note, at 5:23 it was mentioned how his sings from his diaphragm and his voice just gets stronger without wavering at all. I think it's coz Daesung runs on the treadmill a lot to keep that stamina and steady voice. He mentioned that before and said he runs at speed 20 (he was clearly joking about the speed lol silly boy) every day for half an hour so that he has the stamina to run and jump on stage and hype the crowd at his solo concerts. Besides talents, a lot of hard work goes into this and Daesung really works his ass off and he doesn't become complacent.

Yes! There are five kings. No member is weak in Big Bang, they complete each other perfectly. Haters gonna hate. Keep reacting to them. The kings deserve more love. When the people & media trying to bring them down they stand up & face them head on for VIPs becuase they love their fans too much to just give up. Urgghh they are just so perfect even in their imperfection. Daesung voice is very powerful. Sadly not much of his MV was uploaded in their chanel. I spent years trying to decide who I thought was the best singer in Big Bang. But each is so good at what they do. I decided my favorite is Daesung because of his joy and sadness. He lights up my heart and just about everybody else’s when he is having fun. When he is sad, like in this song he really brings out the mom/granny in me and I want to hold and comfort him like I do mine. A sad song can make me sad and take me back to times I have been hurt or feel the pain of the lyrics. Very few singers can make me feel like they are hurting. Big Bang as a group can make me cry too. They are so amazing.

Daesung’s voice is beyond! He had vocal nodules earlier in his career. I’m not sure if he eventually had surgery for it, but his voice is stronger than before.

Aaahhhh! Our singing angel, Daesung, never ever disappoints! This is one of his concerts in Japan. He is massive there. He owns Japan like the other members say all the time (GD owns China). That's why most of his songs are in Japanese. Like GD said before, they are treated as artists in Japan, not as idols who should be perfect in anything and everything.
