Dude, only 10 euro for Vucko radio? That was nice. Btw nice video in nice city.

Yeah, I should have pulled the trigger on the purchase. Thanks for the compliment. I agree about Sarajevo. I had no plans coming here and I will wind up staying two weeks. I invite you to watch the Mt. Trebovic story and there will be two more videos coming in the next week. MATT

@@sinedtwentyfour6307 Hi 24. Glad you found this video useful and entertaining. FYI, presently I'm in Korea where they have hosted the Olympics twice and have had two great mascots (tigers.) But, aside from a few roadside murals and statues, there are no other public acknowledgements of the Games. Thanks for stopping by Borders on Budgets and please continue to enjoy the channel.

I am myself 24, and I don't know anything about the olympics, but I started exploring it. my parents are ex yugoslavs from Bosnia. I know that verybody was working and building in Sarajevo to not embarrass anyone in the country. I would love to visit Sarajevo and buy myself a t-shirt with Vučko. too bad everything is destroyed. people don't have money, many died in the war in the 90's and what is left is hate

Hi Kao. Thank you for this insightful comment. I will state Sarajevo has been one of two capitals I have visited this year where I was surprised and enjoyed the most. So, as a traveller, I highly recommend this city. No question scars, both physical and emotional, remain after the war. However, do not let that frighten you from going. And yes, have your parents share with you their memories of the Olympics and Yugoslavia before the breakup. Enjoy and share my other videos.

I was intrigued by the ukelele playing ladies with the North American accents. If you`re still in the area I wouldn`t mind watching an interview with them. It would be nice to get a perspective from someone familiar with both cultures. p.s....I guessed wrong, I was sure you`d buy the teddy bear
