Very nicely planned. I hope this is south facing plot. Could you please confirm if similar plan will work for 40x56(left side it is 60 , right side it is 56)?.so it will be better to consider 40x56. Also ground floor two 1bhk and first floor three 2bhk. Only ground + first floor.
