#41. Resin Feathering - 100% Non Fading Technique - Stunning Results! A Tutorial by Daniel Cooper

Hi all,
This is a video on how I created feathering with Mica powders but without the white pigment paste as shown in tutorial #40. I think these may be some of my best creations yet.
White alcohol ink will not fade in the sun, neither will mica powders, however, as for any resin art, I still recommend treating it with the best aftercare which includes keeping any resin out of direct sunlight.

Another great experiment! They turned out beautiful! I have a theory about the run down on the sides. I think the surface tension exists even between the mold and the resin, especially if you’re using a mold release.. which is good to use. But, because of the alcohol in the inks or maybe just it’s consistency, it can run down between the resin and the mold. I’d like to test it out by staying just slightly away from the edge when dropping the inks. Great job as usual Daniel!
