Nice home but at 2200 sq ft, it should have 4 bedrooms which tells me there’s a ton of wasted space in a day and age when homes are super expensive! I do like the floor plan except the massively large entry area.

I don't think that the angled entry is an asset to this house. You enter into a l-o-o-o-ong hall, which is all wasted space. I like that the downstairs bedroom has a separate tub and shower, though not keen on accessing the closet via the bathroom. The house needs more windows, and the kitchen has none. There's a laundry room but no pantry. The bedrooms are large.
