Nice pool area for sure. I've seen that place advertised long before it landed with Luz Del Sol and liked the look of it outside. But unfortunately we could not put that on our shortlist to view in a few weeks time due to its specific location. I'd rather not say any more out of courtesy to the vendor and agent. 👍

This property works out to about $270,000 Canadian. In my hometown, a nice middle sized city, you can't even buy an empty lot with no existing house yet for that price.....crazy.
