Hi Mary, yes they are but there are some built not perfabricated and come with community pools but there is a community fee. Prefabricated ones (I'm one of them) don't pay a community fee, just the council tax.

There are some 4 bed on Campasol, we a 4 bed but moved to a village with sea views, quite bit close to amenities. Good luck.

That water heater is kind of small, that can’t be for the hole house ?

Should be enough for washing up and a shower. I don't have one as mines with the central heating. Some add a solar water heater on the roof. Many thanks for watching :)

Why the need for iron bars on the windows??

It's more decoration these days as new villas won't have them. Also insurance companies will ask if they are fitted for cheaper insurance. Many thanks for watching :)
