Nice property, Mike! I agree, it could use a little updating. But, that's to be expected from house that was built in 1999. It is a working coffee farm at the optimal elevation! For someone who likes to farm coffee, this is an excellent property!!! Mahalo for the tour.

In florida. I can’t say where. I took care of a house on 4 acres and it sold for 30 mil. Spent seven years on the beach trying to keep that place nice. Wasn’t easy.

Glad you added the Google maps for context, I figured this must be just outside of Hualalai. Aside from sprucing up some of the surfaces (eg. driveway paint, carpet in bedrooms, kitchen tile countertops) this home is in good condition, easily updated.

Being a Coffee addict all my adult life. This calls to me. I could sit on the lanai and listen to the rain all day. I would clearly want to upgrade all of the bathrooms at least the cabinets. and counter tops. I think I would try to match the wood from Kitchen. Also same granite top in kitchen. Change out the stove top, perhaps induction? Love the idea to lower the kitchen window. Upgrade the outdoor kitchen also. Was there solar power on the roof? Yes to the carpet in the bed rooms. If the same oak is under the old carpet? Otherwise probably new carpet. The Boundary photos from Google earth was a nice touch. Looks like more coffee on the other sides of the red line?

No solar on the roof of this one. Lot's of large coffee farms on this road in Holualoa. Some over 100 acres
